Cup Cakes anyone? Celebrating end to a hectic week with some basic cupcakes. Deliciously moist Vanilla cupcakes decorated with the yummiest cream cheese frosting and served with a lot of Love ❣️ Featuring here my favorite silicon cups from The silicone kitchen. I have always tried to be a responsible citizen of planet earth and more so after having my kids. I want to leave behind a green future for the coming generations and these reusable cups help me eliminate waste. These silicone cups are a game changer and so easy to use. You can just place them on a flat baking tray and make your muffins or cupcakes. You do not need a muffin / cupcake tray. You could use muffin tray and line it with these. The cupcakes when done just pop out of the cups, unlike regular paper cups which take away half your delicious cupcake away with them. Need I say more ? Follow @life.homemade. Do check them out. @thesiliconekitchen Recipe: Ingredients: • Flour: 2 cups • Salt: ½ tsp • Baking Powder: 2 tsp • Unsalted Butter: ½ cup • Sugar: 1 Cup • Eggs: 2 eggs • Milk : 1 Cup • Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp • Preheat oven to 350 F line muffin cups Silicon Kitchen cups. • In a large bowl mix; sugar and butter (at room temperature) till light and fluffy • Beat in eggs one at a time. • Mix all your dry ingredients together in different bowl. • Add dry ingredients alternating with milk into butter mixture and beat well; stir in vanilla. • Divide evenly among pans and bake for 15-20 minutes. • Let cool before icing • Enjoy!
